On the organization, under «Distributor» › «Organizations», lifecycle actions ask you to type the organization's slug to confirm.

Which actions are there?

ActionWhenEffect
«Suspend»Non-payment, customer request, incidentUsers can no longer sign in and integrations stop until it is resumed. Nothing is deleted
«Resume»After suspendingSign-in and integrations work again
«Request deletion»End of contractSign-in closes at once; it can be restored during the grace period; after it, all personal data is erased
«Restore»During the grace periodReturns to suspended; resume it to reopen sign-in
«Cancel creation»Organization never activatedCancelled at once; the slug is not reused

Deletion rules

  • The grace period is 30 days by default.
  • The distributor can request deletion and restore, but never shorten the grace or delete early.
  • At the end of the grace, the platform erases personal data, releases domains, revokes licences and retires signing keys. The audit chain stays verifiable. It cannot be undone and the slug is never reused.
  • Before requesting deletion, ask the platform for the organization's audit export if the customer wants to keep it.

What does the customer see?

StateMessage on the sign-in page
Suspended«This organization is suspended.»
Scheduled for deletion«This organization is scheduled for deletion.»

Errors

«The slug does not match. Nothing was sent.» and a message that the organization's state changed or does not allow the action.
